 Favourite Chocolate Cake
- 185 g butter
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs, lighty beaten
- 1 cup self-raising flous
- 3/4 cup cocoa power
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of sodia
- 1/2 cup milk
Banana Cake
- 125 g butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs, light beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups mashed rip bana (about 4 midium)
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups self-raising flour
Jam Swiss Roll
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup caster surgar
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- strawberry and whipped cream
Joyce's homemade cake
- 4 eggs whites + 1 cup white caster sugar
- 4 eggs yolks
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
